Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Custom Orders: Products that are customized or personalized cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Used or Damaged Items: Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
